Facilities at DW Fitness Bristol
At DW Fitness First Bristol, our goal is to help you hit yours. This is why we’ve fully equipped our gyms with exceptional facilities to help you get the most out of every workout. Our state-of-the-art Technogym cardio equipment will help you improve your overall fitness levels, whereas our extensive free weights area is ideal for strength training.
Our team of trained personal trainers are close by to lend a helping hand if you need a gym induction or a little help using the equipment. Whether you want to try something new or simply wish to tighten up your technique, our PT training sessions are great for taking your fitness to the next level.
Your workout doesn’t need to end on the gym floor either, as you’ll also have access to our on-site swimming pool. Whether you’re looking to get in a few lengths before work or feel like taking part in one of our aqua classes, our pool is a brilliant way to burn calories. Plus, we even offer swimming lessons to help you make every stroke count.
If your workout gear has seen better days, you can even head over to our on-site DW Store where you can browse some of the biggest brands in fitness.

If you’re looking to push yourself further and take your training to the next level, DW Fitness First is here to help. Our Bristol gym has been designed with our members in mind, offering the best equipment and a range of fantastic classes run by our team of expert instructors.
DW Fitness First Bristol is located inside the Imperial Retail Park off Hartcliffe Way, and is open from 6am to 10pm Monday to Thursday, 6am to 9pm on Fridays and 8am to 8pm on the weekends.
This makes it incredibly easy for our Bristol gym members to get pumped up for work with an early morning step class, or unwind after a tough day with a relaxing yoga class.
Our great location gives our members easy to access by car from Hartcliffe and Hengrove Way, plus, our members can enjoy our free on-site parking. You can also visit us by bus using one of the many nearby stops on Wills Way or inside Imperial Park.

Our classes at DW Fitness Bristol are great for transforming your workout into a fun and inspiring experience. Whether it’s a classic step class or one of our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) programmes, taking part in a group class is a fantastic way to push yourself harder without. It’s not all about getting your blood pumping, as we also have mind and body classes available. Stretch out your muscles in a yoga class, or find your spiritual side with Tai Chi, all under the tutelage of our trained instructors.
