With free parking for guests and our new coffee shop 'Coffee Boy' located on site, our Filton branch is perfectly located for training at any time of day.

Facilities at DW Fitness Bristol Filton

From modern cardio equipment to the luxurious 20m swimming pool, our Filton gym is equipped with everything you need to improve your body and mind. In our cardio area you’ll find an extensive range of modern equipment to help you enjoy a great workout. Our well-equipped cardio zone lets you use everything from treadmills to cross trainers, rowing machines and more to work up a sweat and efficiently burn calories.

Our large selection of free weights means you’ll have no trouble finding a pair of dumbbells or loaded barbell to match your needs. Our Filton gym is also fully equipped with excellent cable and resistance machines to help you target and isolate specific muscles that need attention. Prefer to train for function? With the largest functional training area in the UK, our Filton gym is the perfect place to work on your functional strength, mobility and muscular endurance. We also have a dedicated Olympic lifting platform for heavy barbell movements.

Do you prefer to train in a group? Our instructors provide an extensive group exercise timetable with a wide variety of classes, from circuit training to Zumba, Pilates and more. You’ll even find a dedicated spin studio with up to 20 exciting and motivating classes every week. After you’ve finished your workout, you can swim in the luxurious 20m pool, refresh and detox in the steam room, or relieve your muscles and joints with a soak in the spa pool. Our Filton gym is equipped with free WiFi and includes an on-site sports shop and cafe bar members’ lounge.

I have certificates in Sport Science, Strength and Conditioning and Personal Training. I also have a wealth of experience as a PE teacher, S&C coach, and as a rehabilitation trainer for both amateur and professional athletes in Italy. I can help you with weight loss, general strength and conditioning, sport specific goals, rehabilitation, and running technique. I can analyse your weaknesses in order to tailor a workout to your specific needs, enabling you to achieve your fitness goals. I will continually monitor your progress and make adjustments to your program to ensure you reach your maximum potential.
