Welcome to Fitness First Brighton

If you’re looking for a gym where you’re more than just a membership fee, then look no further than Fitness First Brighton. With state-of-the-art facilities and a team of expert personal trainers, we’re here to help you get results every step of the way.

Our gym in Brighton is open 7 days a week, from 6am to 10pm on Monday to Thursday, 6am to 9pm on Fridays and 8am to 8pm over the weekend, so you can fit your workouts in around your life

So it doesn’t matter if you prefer a morning spin class, an afternoon PT session or an evening in our athletics area, it’s easy to keep on top of your fitness regime.

You’ll have no trouble finding us, as our Brighton gym is based on the corner of Queens Road, directly opposite from the Brighton train station. It’s also easily accessible from London Road via the A23 and is on the doorstep of the Brighton Bus station.

Facilities at Fitness First Brighton

Whatever your fitness targets may be, our team of personal trainers are more than happy to offer their expert advice to help point you in the right direction and make sure you’re perfecting your technique. Plus, we also have an interactive iPoint screen, which not only lets you view our PT’s profiles, but is full of useful information like video tutorials and class timetables.

Our specialist training areas mean we’re more than just your average gym in Brighton. We have a fully equipped spin studio where you can sign up to a number of cycling classes, as well as a dedicated indoor athletics area that is filled with equipment like TIYRs, bungees and an athletics track.
