Our Fitness First gym in Brighton is easy to find if you’re coming by train, as it’s a one-minute walk from Brighton train station. By car, you can reach us by turning onto Junction Road from the A2010, and if you’re taking the bus, you’ll be happy to know that Brighton bus station is just outside of our gym.

We’re right between Budgens supermarket and Cafe Coho, so whether you need to pick up some British beef for a protein-rich meal or a coffee to help you start the day right, Fitness First Brighton makes it convenient for you to do so.

Looking for a gym in Brighton? Well, look no further. At Fitness First Brighton, all of your health and exercise needs are covered.

Located right in the heart of Brighton itself, Fitness First is the ideal place for city dwellers to workout, relax and socialise. Less than a five-minute walk from the city's train station, our Brighton gym offers members a huge range of facilities. Not only are an extensive and varied range of group exercise classes available (including boxing, spin, yoga, Zumba, pilates and circuit training), at Fitness First Brighton, members have access to a cardio theatre, spin studio, freestyle floor area, sauna, beauty room and lounge area as well. Personal training sessions are also available for those wanting extra help defining their workout routines and health targets.

At Fitness First Brighton, we offer annual multi-gym or single gym memberships, off peak memberships, pay as you go memberships and also one-off day passes. All of our memberships are great value and flexible.
