Our Brentwood gym is fully equipped with state-of-the-art cardio equipment, free weights and machines to help enjoy a full workout. We even have a dedicated Olympic lifting platform for serious lifters. In our cardio area, you’ll find a great selection of treadmills, cross trainers, stationary bikes and other high-quality cardio equipment. Our well-stocked cardio zone means you can work out for as long as you need without having to worry about queues or crowds.

Feel like lifting? Our free weights area is fully equipped with barbells, weight plates and a wide variety of dumbbells for lifters of all strength levels and sizes. We also have loaded weights and cable machines to help you isolate and train specific muscle groups. If you’re a serious lifter, you’ll love setting new PRs on our Olympic lifting platform, which is set up specifically for Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting movements.

In the mood for a group workout? No problem. Our Brentwood gym hosts a wide range of group exercise classes, allowing you to feel the burn and work up a sweat in a supportive, motivating group environment. After you finish, you can improve your circulation and cleanse your skin in the sauna, sweat out toxins and de-stress in the steam room or let your muscles recover from your workout in our spa pool.

Since our Brentwood gym has a swimming pool, you can also take part in aqua aerobics or get a low-impact workout in our dedicated swimming lanes. We also offer swimming lessons for our members and their children. Feel like a game of squash? Our on-site squash courts are available for both social and match play, letting you compete with friends and perfect your technique.

We even have an on-site sports store, physiotherapy station and beautician, letting you fill your gym bag and improve your health and appearance after your workout. With male and female showering and changing areas, secure storage for your belongings and fast, free WiFi throughout the premises, DW Fitness Brentwood is the perfect place to achieve your fitness goals this year.
