If you’re looking for a gym which takes your training as seriously as you do, DW Fitness Brentwood is the answer. With professional personal trainers, cutting edge equipment and group classes that’ll encourage you to push yourself further, we’ve got everything you need to get up and running.

Located just next door to Warley Primary School on Chindits Lane, our Brentwood gym is open 7 days a week. Train from 6am to 10pm Monday to Thursday, 6am to 9pm on Fridays and 8am to 6pm over the weekend.

So, whether early morning aqua aerobics is on your agenda, you need to fit your HIIT in after work or you’ve simply got an ever-changing schedule, there will always be time for a session with DW Fitness. 

Finding our Brentwood gym couldn’t be simpler. We’re easy to access by car from the B186 and are just a short distance from the A1023. Plus, you’ll benefit from free parking when you get here. Not driving? No worries, we’re only a 15-minute walk from Brentwood rail station.

Facilities at DW Fitness Brentwood

Whatever your workout goals may be, our world-class facilities will help you reach them. From strengthening your muscles in our free weights area or cranking up the intensity with some cardio training, we’ve got something to suit everybody. If you’re serious about your lifting, you can even take advantage of our Olympic lifting platform in our X-Lift area.

Struggling with where to start? We can help with that too, as our fully-trained team of fitness experts are always close at hand to give you some pointers and work with you on putting together a routine that’s tailored to your targets.

If you’re feeling competitive, why not step it up with a session on our squash courts? Whether you’re playing socially or want to make your mark in a competitive match, the courts are there whenever you need them. Alternatively, make waves in our on-site swimming pool or even take advantage of our swimming lessons which are available for both adults and children.
