Facilities at DW Fitness Bolton
At DW Fitness Bolton, we’re dedicated to making sure our members have everything they need for their fitness journey. We’re more than just your average gym, which is why we’re fully stocked with top-of-the-line Technogym equipment, plus specialist facilities for a more comprehensive workout.
As well as your typical cardio and free weights areas, we also have a function area. Here you’ll find fantastic fitness equipment such as plyo boxes ViPR tubes and TRX trainers, helping to give you an edge on the competition. We even have an indoor athletics space, giving you plenty of space to make use of battle ropes, sleds and other incredible kit.
Our team of personal trainers are always close at hand to lend their expert advice, whether you just want a few quick pointers or need some in-depth fitness knowledge. Our team are even available for swimming lessons in our on-site swimming pool, helping you perfect your form and make every stroke count.
When you’ve finished working up a sweat, head over to our relaxation area for some well-deserved downtime. Take a dip in our spa pool to relieve your achy muscles, or treat yourself to a detox in our steam room. We even have our own physiotherapist, so you can make sure you’re always fit and fighting.

Multi-gym: With our most popular membership plan, you can take your workouts with you. The multi-gym option gives you the freedom to workout at multiple DW Fitness First gyms.
Student: When you need a distraction from the library, the student plan is perfect. This membership option will help your body keep up with your mind.

Whether you’re looking to bulk up, slim down or just improve your overall fitness levels, you need a gym that can keep up. At DW Fitness Bolton, we provide our members with a team of dedicated staff, a range of exciting group exercise classes and the best gym equipment.
We’re conveniently located in Burnden Park Shopping Centre, just outside Bolton town, and are open 7 days a week from 6am to 10pm Monday to Thursday, 6am to 9pm on Fridays and 8am to 8pm over the weekend.
This makes it effortless to fit your workouts around your schedule. Pop in first thing for a few lengths in our swimming pool, sneak away on your lunch break for a quick weights session or get stuck in to a workout class after work - the choice is yours!
We’re easy to get to, as you can reach us just off the A666 and can park for free on-site. If you’re travelling by public transport, there are a number of bus stops nearby on Manchester Road and Nelson Street, or we’re a short walk from Bolton train station.

CLASSES AT DW FITNESS BOLTON
If you’re workouts are beginning to lose steam, it might be time to switch things up. Our group exercise classes are fun, friendly and are a great way to keep your motivation high. Everyone is encouraged to come and take part, regardless of your fitness level, as our fantastic instructors will walk you through each workout.
