Welcome to your local DW Fitness gym. Situated on Boucher Road alongside Costa Coffee and Marks & Spencer’s, our Belfast gym is easily accessible from the M1 and less than 15 minutes from the city centre by car.

Prefer to use public transportation? With several bus stops within walking distance, our gym is easy to reach using the 95 and 103 buses from Belfast City Centre. We even offer free parking for our members to make it as easy as possible for you to drop in and enjoy a workout.

Our Belfast gym is fully equipped with everything you need for a serious workout, from imported Technogym equipment to a complete free weights and resistance training area. In our cardio area, you’ll find a wide range of Technogym cardio equipment, from treadmills and cross trainers to stationary bikes, rowing machines and more. Our modern equipment makes it easy for you to record your workout and track your calorie expenditure or total distance.

From dumbbells to barbells and weight plates, our free weights area is the perfect place to train your muscles for size and strength. Our Belfast gym is equipped with loaded weights and cable resistance machines, allowing you to target your muscles from every possible angle. There’s even a functional training area, allowing you to train for functional strength, mobility and muscular endurance.

If you like to train as part of a group, you’ll enjoy the supportive and motivating environment of our group exercise classes. From spinning and circuit training to yoga and tai chi, you can take part in a diverse range of exercise options managed by our experienced instructors. After you finish you workout, you can relax and detox in the steam room, start your post-workout recovery in the spa pool or enjoy the WiFi in the cafe bar members’ lounge. Our Belfast gym has an on-site sports store with all the clothing and items you need for a great workout.

Our Belfast gym even has a swimming pool, allowing you to take part in aqua aerobics or expert swimming lessons built around your swimming and fitness goals. With secure lockers for your possessions and male and female changing and showering areas, DW Fitness Belfast is the perfect place to enjoy a workout in the morning, on your lunch break or after work.
