Our Aberdeen DW gym is just a stone’s throw from Aberdeen Beach in Boulevard Retail Park.

You can get direct access from Beach Boulevard if you’re taking the car and if you’re taking the bus, you’ll be glad to know that there are regular bus services from Union Street, Bridge Street and Guild Street bus stations.

If you’re driving, you can enjoy 4 hours’ free parking on Boulevard Retail Park.

Our Aberdeen club has a brand new spin studio along with new equipment for our other group exercises classes. We've also introduced an athletics track to help you improve functional strength, acceleration and endurance. In addition we've added an Olympic lifting platform as well as upgraded showers.

Facilities at DW Fitness Aberdeen

Our Aberdeen gym includes a full range of state-of-the-art cardio equipment, from treadmills and cross trainers to stationary bikes and rowing machines. With dozens of machines available, you can complete your cardio sessions without feeling rushed or having to wait for a machine. We also have a complete range of resistance equipment and free weights, ranging from cable and isolation machines to barbells, dumbbells and benches for traditional strength and muscle development training.

As well as cardio and weight training equipment, our Aberdeen gym has a dedicated training area aimed at helping you develop functional strength and endurance. We even have Power Plate whole-body exercise equipment. Prefer to work out with others? No problem. Our Aberdeen gym hosts a wide variety of group exercise classes you can take part in, ranging from spinning and circuit training to pilates, yoga and tai chi.

Once you’ve finished your workout, you can relax and detox in the steam room, recover from your workout in the spa pool or de-stress and work on your suntan using our sunbeds. You can also use our gym’s swimming pool, with lessons available for members. DW Fitness Aberdeen includes all the facilities you need for a convenient workout, from easily accessible male and female changing and showering areas to lockers, vending machines and a cafe bar members’ lounge for rest, recovery and pre-workout preparation.

I went on to further my interest and study a BSc Hons in Sport and Exercise science. I specialise in specific sports training as well as sports rehabilitation, weight loss, strength and conditioning. 1:1 or small groups sessions are available.
