Our Lose Weight workout plan features a combination of cardiovascular and resistance exercises designed to help you shed those extra pounds in a safe and timely way.
This plan focuses on improving your technique, isolating certain muscle groups for a full body workout. You can follow our list of exercises in order, or create your own plan. Just make sure to complete every set and repeat as many rounds as possible in 40 minutes!
