The plan is all based around creating definition and toning muscles without bulking up. Yes, you’ll add muscle mass, but that’s a good thing, as increased muscle mass helps you burn more calories and lose weight. This six-week plan has different ability levels, from beginner to advanced, and is structured around five sessions each week, with two rest days. Our full body toning programme will encourage lean muscle development – combining interval cardio, circuit and strength workouts.
