The DW Fitness First Gain Muscle training plan is based around five sessions and two rest days a week. There are three levels, from beginner to advanced, so you can select the right plan for you or start at beginner and work your way up. The plan is split into individual workouts and a group training plan, which is covered in the FGT Strength classes at your local DW Fitness First.
