High-intensity interval training combines short bursts of maximum effort exercise and rests, and our freestyle group training (FGT) HIIT workout plan is no different. Using a range of functional equipment, this full-body workout is a great fat-burner and helps you get the most of every movement.
Each set contains 5 exercises, which should be completed as many times as possible in 30 seconds. Once you’re done with all three sets, start again from the beginning. When you’re used to each exercise, you can focus on perfecting every movement.
