Work on your physical strength with our Gain Strength training plans, specially designed to keep you stronger for longer. The more strength you built, the quicker you can run, the harder you can hit and the easier it becomes to shed excess weight.
The intensive six-week training plans are structured around a five day on, two day off regime, include both freestyle and group training sessions, and are split into beginner, intermediate and expert levels. Remember to warm up before each set and stretch off for at least ten minutes afterwards.
