Whether you’re getting into shape for an upcoming cycling event or want to use cycling-based exercises to help you move towards your fitness goals, our intensive six-week Cycle Training Plan is sure to fit the bill.

The plan is entirely based around cycling, whether that’s covering distances on the bike for an entire session or mixing cycling with exercises designed to focus on the essential muscle groups for cycling. The training plan is spread across five days a week over six weeks, combining gym work with sprint and hill-climb plans, to help improve stamina and strength.
