A ViPR is a weighted tube which can be used in a variety of ways including lifting, swinging, pressing, tilting and sliding. Our ViPR group exercise classes aim to increases body strength and improve balance and flexibility through a combination of strength and functional movement training. Workouts are made up of a range of ViPR weights and intensities making it accessible for all fitness levels. Your instructor will guide you through a series of exercises with options to ensure progression. You'll also learn a range of exercises you can use in your own training outside of a class environment.
