By utilising your own bodyweight, TRX suspension classes encourages greater performance and functionality. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.
In this class you'll be taken through a series of exercises to challenge your core stability and strength. You might even learn some new exercises you can add to your own routine outside of the class environment.
