Take a Sandbell class at DW Fitness First
The Sandbell is a neoprene disc filled with sand and one of our favourite bits of freestyle equipment. It's a versatile and challenging functional free weight that can be used to throw, slam, lift, curl and much more! Our class designed around the SandBell will help to improve cardio fitness and strength by using three different weights of Sandbells and completing four phases of training in each 45-minute class.
You'll be shown new exercises to use with the Sandbell which can easily be added to your own workout outside of the class environment.
