Take a RIG30 class at DW Fitness First
The RIG30 workout is a 30min RIG based, functional training program delivered by your coach or Personal Trainer. This circuit style class uses equipment and apparatus from the RIG (on the gym floor) to deliver an effective full body workout, that can be tailored to suit all fitness abilities. This workout uses a lot of bodyweight exercises and can help with muscle toning. You will learn moves with the RIG apparatus which you can incorporate into your other workouts in the gym.
