Sticking to the metafit fundamental training principles,  MetaPWR is a power circuit class using functional kit and exercises to work muscle and boost metabolism. The 30-45 minute class includes resistance and bodyweight exercises that work to develop strength and power whilst also giving you an intense cardio workout. This quick class will leave you feeling fitter, stronger and give you that fantastic post workout feeling.
