Take a Kettlebells class at DW Fitness First

Kettle Bells are steel or cast iron weights that you'll find in the freestyle area of our clubs.  In our kettle bell classes we'll show to how to use them, provide you with new exercises to try and create a workout format combining cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training that's easy to follow with progression options. Kettlebells come in a range of weights so you can find one to suit you and build your strength over time.

It's a fantastic total body workout that combines power and strength to build stamina and total body strength. Helping strengthen your core and improve posture, while stripping body fat.
