Calisthenics is a bodyweight strength and conditioning class. During this class you will use nothing but your own bodyweight to build a huge amount of raw strength. This is a full body approach which means you’ll be working a variety of muscles groups, that way you can start achieving complete body synergy. Learn how to achieve impressive movements like handstands, muscle ups, planches, human flags and much more.

By attending the class, you will achieve and learn the following; Advanced human strength, great neuromuscular function, essential foundations for muscle building, increased range of motion, improved joint health, improved core strength and stability.
