Take a BodyVive class at DW Fitness First
BODYVIVE™ is the low-impact, whole body group fitness workout that uses VIVE™ balls, VIVE™ tubes and body weight to boost fitness and core strength.
In the first part of the class you'll work on mobility, flexibility, cardio and agility, with some easy dance moves thrown in to keep energy levels up, before a walking track followed by some Tai Chi and yoga moves.
Next you'll focus on functional strength, working different muscle groups and utilising balancing exercises to improve posture and leg strength
In the final section of the class you'll work your core and strengthen your back with Pilates based moves, before ending with some long, slow stretches.
