Yogalates is a fusion between Yoga and Pilates combining the meditative aspects of Yoga with the strengthening aspects of Pilates. This fusion works well for anyone who is beginning to tire of the usual Pilates and Yoga routines and wants to try something new. The combination of the two different techniques enables you to work the whole body while at the same time strengthening the core.
