Take a Stretch class at DW Fitness First

Enjoy relaxing music while experiencing a total body stretch to leave you refreshed and restored in this quick pick-me-up program designed to tone the while body while burning fat and defining muscles. Work through strength and endurance training techniques to sculpt your physique into a lean body with a stronger core. Improve flexibility and mobility by using an extensive range of equipment including fit balls, medicine balls and foam rollers; you’ll learn to get more from your core. You'll tone up areas such as legs, glutes, abs and arms during this low intenisity workout - all helping to train your muscles to work more efficiently and effectively for everyday tasks!  

In some clubs we offer this as a virtual class.
