Strala is an all over body, feel-good yoga class : moving with ease through simple and challenging poses.

 'Basics' builds mobility, stability, strength and flexibility without putting you under stress or tension.  'Energise' leaves tension and static yoga behind for an invigorating, 45 minute flow. Building on 'Basics', you will turn up the pace, and use breath body connection to move through a more demanding class.
