The speed is cranked up to deliver a true fat-burning low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long,lean and incredibly defined. The sequences are more dynamic than a traditional Yoga class so you won't be holding poses for long. This low impact workout will challenge your muscles, sculpt your body and get you the results you want.
