Kripalu Yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga where inner focus and meditation is combined with standard yoga poses to develop a sense of relaxation and self acceptance. 

In this practice you will focus on the breath (‘prana’), the body’s life force; sequenced movements are then correctly performed without ‘too much thinking’ - using quiet mindset and breath. You will learn to control your breathing to acheive a deep and rhythmic flow through the lungs.
