Fusing boxing technique and philosophy with Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, BoxingYoga™ is an exciting and challenging yoga workout, born in a boxing club to give fighters competitive advantage through improved mental strength, physical power, flexibility, speed and control.

BoxingYoga™ works through a series of stretches and strengthening exercises for the entire body, reducing recovery time, aiding in relaxation and the release of muscular tension. Over a series of 12 rounds the class is split into 4 key areas

  • Warm up
  • Mobility
  • Strength
  • Cool down

During the class you will improve your mental toughness by enduring intense postures requiring concentration and focus, as well as learning how to control your breathing necessary to improve balance, regain energy and increase stamina.

Duration

Our BoxingYoga classes can last between 45 and 60 minutes
