p>Ashtanga is a slightly more vigorous style of yoga that comprises of a fixed set of poses that should be followed in sequence. You will learn to synchronise your breathing with a progressive series of postures, sun salutations, and poses. You will re-align the spine, build strength and flexibility and encourage detoxification of the body. You should benefit from improved circulation, a light, strong body and calm mind.

Follow your practice teacher as they perform the Ashtanga Yoga sequences throughout the class. Your teacher will come round and monitor your form as you progress through the postures and adjust where needed to improve your practice. 

 

Duration

Our Ashtanga Yoga classes can last between 45 and 60 minutes
