Here at DW Fitness First, our Kids Circuit class is a fun and exciting way to keep your little ones fit and healthy. Our workouts are tailored to get kids involved in physical fitness and to help them learn to enjoy exercise and the benefits of staying active.
We’ve developed a number of circuit exercises to increase flexibility, coordination and overall cardiovascular fitness, all while having fun in a group environment. Our classes range from 15 minutes up to one hour and are open to any level of fitness - so there’s room for everyone!
