When you’re packing your gym bag and preparing for your trip to the gym, always remember to pack your trainers, a towel, plenty of water - and drumsticks!

At DW Fitness First, our Drum Fit class takes lightly weighted drumsticks to transform drumming into a full body workout. This fun circuit training will have you completing a range of exercises and movements to engage your upper and lower body muscles.

With a combination of cardio, conditioning and strength training, this class uses yoga and pilates inspired movements for a full body workout. So, pick up a pair of sticks and drum along to some beat-heavy music.
