Bollyfitness is a Bollywood dance based workout, fusing Indian classical and folk dance with belly dance, jazz, Latin and hip hop dance styles to improve your co-ordination skills and fitness level. You will develop dancing and rhythmic skills as you learn lively, energetic steps working your whole body. It's a fun, sociable class, suitable for all abilities, designed to increase your heart rate and build core strength as you dance your way to fitness.

Our BollyFitness classes can last between 45 and 60 minutes
