Combining cardiovascular and strength training this dance based workout gets your whole body moving.  With dance steps not based on choreography but letters and numbers; you draw letters and numbers with your feet while performing an energising and addictive workout routine. As each move is in its most basic form, you can choose to continue to keep it basic and low impact or mix it up with some extra moves and flair, bringing in your own high energy dance style as you wish. Set to an energetic music track you're in for a fun and adaptable workout.
