Take a Ballet Fit class at DW Fitness First

A fat-burning workout -targeting major muscle groups, including the core; designed to develop and improve co-ordination, flexibility, posture and suppleness using form and techniques from classical ballet, yoga and Pilates. You will learn Ballet technique working the whole body, lifting bottoms, trimming thighs and defining arms. The class is designed to tone, strengthen, stretch and challenge your muscles. Ballet Fit will include some posture and alignment work, flexibility exercises and yoga inspired movements to help sculpt your body by elongating and toning the muscles.

 

Duration

Our Ballet Fit classes can last between 45 and 60 minutes
