Take a Thai Boxing class at DW Fitness First

A traditional Thai martial art in which the fists, elbows, knees, and bare feet may all be used to deliver blows. Practice the fundamental moves of this art in a safe environment. Working in pairs you will practice correct technique in this total body workout. This class will improve your cardio and muscle strength whilst developing co-ordination and reflexes.

Duration

Our Thai Boxing classes can last between 45 and 60 minutes
