Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) combines kickboxing, punches and wrestling moves with effective combat techniques, to boost over-all fitness levels. Improve your muscle tone, body strength, cardiovascular endurance, power and co-ordination with this complete cardio workout. Workouts will use techniques from a variety of martial arts including Grappling, Wrestling, Muay Thai kick boxing, Boxing, JuJitsu, Taekwondo, Karate classes, Judo, and other techniques. Designed to be a fun, high intensity class, great for self defence as well as fitness and conditioning.

Our MMA classes can last between 45 and 60 minutes
