Improve overall fitness, strength, flexibility and mobility with this cardio work out. Martial arts moves and manoeuvres improve muscle tone, muscle mass and core strength, while increasing agility levels. Learn fast reflexes, co-ordination skills and self discipline martial-arts-style. Workouts will use techniques from a variety of martial arts including Grappling, Wrestling, Muay Thai kick boxing, Boxing, JuJitsu, Taekwondo, Karate classes, Judo, and other techniques. 

Duration

Our Martial Arts classes can last between 50 and 60 minutes
