Improve stamina, speed and co-ordination with this workout originating from southern China; combining discipline with traditional and modern methods. You will learn to combine low impact moves that strengthen your legs, core and glutes with concentration techniques to calm the mind. Your instructor will teach you key disciplines and techniques across different Kung Fu styles to give you an all over workout.
