Take a Karate class at DW Fitness First

Learn this Japanese martial art to improve your speed, flexibility and strength. A great full body workout where you will start with a warm up of burpees, jogging, crunches and stretches, then move on to various grappling moves and techniques, in this high intensity class. Focus, calm and concentration are key to this martial art form that takes self-control to another level. You will learn to build on your reaction time to block, kick and punch opponents using techniques developed in this class in a safe environment.




Our Karate classes can last between 45 and 60 minutes
