Ju Jitsu is a Japanse martial art and a method of close combat. In this class you will get a a high intensity full body workout whilst you learn the techniques of this martial art form. Your instructor will take you through a warm up routine of burpees, jogging, crunches and stretches, then move on to various grappling moves and techniques, helping to improve speed, flexibility, and strength.
