FIGHT CLUB is the high intensity fun workout that makes getting in shape an addiction. Set to music, the program is a combination of boxing, kick boxing and dance. Its a total body workout designed to improve cardio and sculpt your body. The workout is built around a freestanding punch bag where you utilise simple combinations of kicks and punches to tracks of high energy music.  The class utilises both upper and lower body as well improving core strength and flexibility. Whether you need to let off some steam or your just looking for a fun and testing workout, this class suits all needs.
