(Pronounced ca-poh-air-ah) Take your body in all directions; bend, twist, stretch and curl to improve balance and flexibility with this class that originates from Afro-Brazilian martial arts. It's a fantastic martial art form that will improve your fitness, coordination, balance, strength and agility, developing mobility through the joints and muscles. Capoeira is about reacting quickly so if you practice this regularly you will build up fast reflexes and many of the moves in the class require taking the body's weight through the hands so will improve your upper body strength.

Our Capoeira classes can last between 45 and 60 minutes
