Take a Young@Heart class at DW Fitness First

Young @ Heart is designed for the more mature member (everyone's young at heart). The class is primarily made up from lower impact moves designed to work the body with a little stress on it as possible. The class will get you in shape in an enjoyable and motivating environment with easy to follow moves and some great music. Although the classes are originally designed for the over 50, they are open for everyone.

Duration

Our Young@Heart classes can last between 45 and 60 minutes
