Our specialised Triathlon classes give you the expert training you need to help you achieve your personal best.
Whether you’re a seasoned Ironman, gearing up for your very first race, or simply want to get more out of your regular swimming, cycling or running practice, come and try one of our dedicated Triathlon sessions.
Over the course of 45 minutes, our expert coaches will guide you through specific training techniques aimed at getting you into the best shape possible for a triathlon. Thanks to their dedicated exercises and routines, you’ll be able to create the muscle strength, memory and cardiovascular fitness to allow you swim, bike and run all the way to the finish line.
You don’t necessarily have to be a competitor to come along to our training sessions. Even if you’re not at that stage just yet, our Triathlon classes feature intense high fat burning exercises that will whip you into shape in no time.
One of the best parts about Triathlon training is that it uses a variety of different workouts – you’ll find yourself working every single muscle in your body from your arms and legs to core and glutes. You’ll mainly be using your own body weight in these sessions, so you’ll achieve a toned and trim silhouette after a few weeks of our Triathlon training programme.
Our Triathlon classes are held in a safe indoor environment, offering you the optimal space to train, utilising equipment such as static bikes, treadmill running and pool training. Working together in a group also helps with motivation, while our classes stay small so you can have one-on-one personalised time with our trainer to help you improve your technique and work on any weaknesses.
Our coaches can also help with nutritional suggestions and injury prevention.
