No, it's not a dance class! It's a revolutionary high-intensity workout led by the music. This class has it all - burpees, squats, martial arts and more! In this class you'll learn to workout to the beat rather than counting reps and sets. In a 60 minute workout you'll burn calories and tone muscles at the same time. Our instructors like to change up the moves and music every now and again to keep you challenged and ensure you're working to your max.
