Take a Step class at DW Fitness First
A traditional style of training, with high impact aerobic movements, choreography and exercises, based around a step. Work your whole body, elevate your heart rate and improve your co-ordination with a complete cardio workout.
You can adjust the height on the step to progress your workout if needed. From a basic step up and down (like walking up and down stairs) to more complex moves taking you over and around the step you will build up your workout - practice makes perfect! Don't worry if you've got two left feet as you can stick with the basic moves until you feel ready to move on - you'll still get a great cardio workout, toning your glutes, thighs and calves in the process
