Our Pro Athlete 80% HR class is one of 5 BEAT training classes we offer at Fitness First, tailor made for optimising every workout. Your class will take place in the BEAT area in club which is a highly motivating heart rate based training zone where your heart rate can be displayed on one of our screens so you can monitor your progress throughout the class and ensure you are hitting the 80% heart rate training zone when required.

This session focuses on athletic power techniques like jumping and sprinting, and active recovery, to push yourself that little bit further.

Our expert instructors will guide you through the class and give you the motivation and support needed to ensure you are maximising your workout and we can guarantee the quality of your workout, as everyone works out at their own personal best.
