Take an Outdoor Group Training Rep and Run class at DW Fitness First
In this class we take training outdoors to parks or outdoor spaces giving you a different environment for your workout. Outdoor Group Training Rep and Run is based around a work, rest period: 180 seconds work : 60 seconds rest.
You will work with your partner to complete as many repetitions of the set exercise in the time frame of 180 seconds, only 1 member of the team may be completing repetition at one time, whilst the other is running. You can choose to complete a short (50m), medium (150m) or long run (250m) - based on your fitness level. Once you have completed this you swap over responsibilities. Don't worry you don't have to attend the class as a pair we'll work out groups at the start of the classes based on the number of participants.
There will be a series of different exercises at each station so you'll mix up your reps with body weight exercises, and resistance kits to maximise your workout
