Take an OGT Obstacle Course Race class at DW Fitness First

Outdoor Group Training (OGT) Obstacle Course Race (or OCR) is an outdoor group exercise class based around a work, rest period: 120 seconds of work maximum, with a rest no more than 60 seconds. Taking the class outdoors gives you a real feel and training space for the additional environmental factors and obstacle course race may contain. 

The class will incorporate body weight exercises, resistance equipment, battle ropes and natural obstacles to prepare you for your next obstacle course race and provide you with a great fitness class. You'll feel the training demands of competing in an Obstacle Course Race mixing resistance exercises, natural obstacles and running into one workout.

 

Duration

Our OGT OCR classes can last between 30 and 45 minutes
