Take an Outdoor Group Training HIIT class at DW Fitness First

Outdoor Group Training HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is an outdoor workout based around a work, rest period: 30 seconds work : 30 seconds rest. You'll be taken out of the club to an open space or park area to complete your class in the fresh air.

The aim of the class is to produce a higher work rate during the work period than when you are resting which will result in maximum calorific burn and an increase in fat burning potential post session.

There will be a number of stations as part of the class including Bodyweight, resistance and shuttle runs/agility drills to keep you working to a high intensity. You'll complete all sets designated at the station before moving on. Creating maximum fatigue through recruitment of the same muscle fibre.

 

Duration

Our OGT HIIT classes can last between 30 and 45 minutes
