Our HIIT Pro 90% HR class is one of 5 BEAT training classes we offer at Fitness First, tailor made for optimising every workout. Your class will take place in the BEAT area in club which is a highly motivating heart rate based training zone where your heart rate can be displayed on one of our screens so you can monitor your progress throughout the class and ensure you are hitting the 90% heart rate training zone when required.

This is the most intense of our BEAT classes as you push yourself to past 90% heart rate by alternating periods of high intensity dynamic and explosive exercises with shorter recovery intervals.

Our expert instructors will guide you through the class and give you the motivation and support needed to ensure you are maximising your workout and we can guarantee the quality of your workout, as everyone works out at their own personal best.
